Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5 overnights, Evenings and weekends if needed

Summary
O6 Environmental is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales and business development with a focus on environmental remediation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental services and a proven track record of success in sales.
Duties/Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Engage in daily business development activities including face-to-face sales calls, phone calls, emails, and other contact for the purpose of generating sales leads and bid opportunities.
- Maintain a sufficient level of weekly face-to-face sales calls with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow-up on any assigned leads generated by the company.
- Respond to customer requests promptly by phone, email, or in person.
- Follow all guidelines and programs set up by the VP of Sales and other senior management.
- Work closely with company resources including estimators and project managers.
- Assist in the preparation of quotes and technical proposals to potential clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and regulations.
- Report sales activities on a regular basis through CRM entry and other requested reports.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Demonstrated business development experience specific to selling site remediation services to environmental consulting and engineering firms, private industry companies, and/or governmental agencies is required.
- Knowledge of EPA and DOT regulations related to hazardous and/or remediation services
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Superior sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
- Proven track record of success in sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Experience in using CRM programs for documenting sales activities and opportunities.
- Valid driver's license.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, or business curriculum is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental services sales
Physical/Environment Requirements
- Periodic sitting and working with a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Visiting/Touring Outside elements and worksites in extreme heat or cold
- Required to wear proper PPE when visiting customer sites
- Periodic travel, approximately 30-40% or as needed, will be required.
