  • Responsibilities

    Title: Territory Manager--Ophthalmology Medical Devices-EXPANSION!!

    Territory: Westchester, up to New Paltz, South CT

    Company: Leader in the ophthalmology space with restorative products ready to go thru IPO and new products in pipeline for 2025!!

    Description:

    • Promote and sell products into Ophthalmologists, and Optometrists offices
    • Develop product integration within offices
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share within assigned territory.
    • Support existing business while continuing to prospect new business opportunities.
    • Implement marketing strategies and implement sales direction provided by leadership.
    • Successfully complete sales training and continually stat updated on competition.
    • Conduct all job functions with a high level of customer service and integrity.
    • Work productively with internal and external partners.
    • Attend industry conferences as needed.
    • Manage and maintain assigned expense budgets.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree.
    • 2+ yrs of medical device sales experience. Ophthalmology a huge plus.
    • Track record of sales success
    • Great presentation skills
    • Ability to show you can close deals and grow business, practice management
    • The right candidate will have a can-do attitude and will exemplify Company integrity

     

    Compensation:

    Base salary $85-90k. +100K at plan (uncapped commissions/paid monthly). Better reps earn 250K+, car mileage (modus), full benefits, opportunity for growth.
