OUR OPPORTUNITY

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for pricing and selling assigned jobs, along with various support activities. This role demands accuracy, persistence, a willingness to learn, and a high level of integrity and responsibility. You will need to demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure, manage priorities effectively, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and communicate efficiently with coworkers and customers. Additionally, independence, confidentiality maintenance, teamwork, decision-making skills, and the ability to interpret and apply policies and regulations are essential.

REQUIREMENTS

You'll bring:

• Prior sales experience
• Proven track record in sales
• Knowledge of roofing principles and sales techniques
• Team player mentality
• Ability to generate leads
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle capable of carrying ladders
• Competitive spirit and excellent communication skills
• Experience with insurance claims
• Ability to climb ladders, perform roof and property inspections, and act as a liaison between carriers and clients
• Detail-oriented approach
