    We’re looking for a persistent, ambitious, coachable Sales Representative located in either Nashville, TN or St. Louis, MO. Armed with your business acumen and superb interpersonal skills, you are right on the front-line generating sales, negotiating contracts, and contributing to the financial success of our company. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovate strategies to achieve sales goals and make meaningful connections with our customers.

    The Commercial Manager will manage key accounts commercially for Ingram Infrastructure Group’s (IIG) portfolio of bulk and break-bulk terminal assets. This role is critical to driving revenue growth, expanding market share, owning customer relationships, and enhancing the company’s position within the infrastructure and logistics industry. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer service, finance, safety, and operations, to ensure the commercial success of IIG’s terminal & logistics business.

    What you will be doing:

    • Commercial Development : * Collaborate on and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth, aligned with the company’s overall objectives. * Drive organic growth from current customer base by leveraging all IIG service offerings. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. * Ability to travel up to 70% at certain times
    • Contract Negotiation & Management: * Lead contract negotiations with customers to ensure favorable terms for IIG. * Manage contract execution, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and timelines. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize pricing strategies.
    • Revenue Management : * Develop pricing models that maximize profitability while maintaining competitive market positioning. * Monitor key KPIs and account performance, analyzing revenue, costs, and profit margins to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Customer Relationship Management : * Oversee key account management and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and solutions. * Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to resolve customer issues and enhance the customer experience.
    • Team Collaboration : * Foster a collaborative culture with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
    • Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of people within and outside the organization
    • Bachelor’s Degree required
    • 2-4 years of experience required
    • Must be able to travel via car or air up to 70%
    • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a commercial management, business development, or business analysis role, preferably in the terminal, transportation, or other logistics sectors.
    • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and profit/loss management.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical skills

    Related Experience:

    • Marine terminal experience on the USA inland river system
    • Break-bulk cost modeling
    • Asset utilization modeling
    • Bulk & Break-bulk terminal contract experience
    • Multi-modal bulk and/or break-bulk supply chain sales or operational experience
    • Strong Microsoft office experience (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
