About the Role
This is a frontline sales role where you will be responsible for engaging inbound leads, conducting sales calls, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with leadership, marketing, and interns to convert prospects into customers, manage ongoing deals, and contribute to Pando’s success.
The ideal candidate is a proven sales professional with experience in relevant software, a passion for EV technology, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Sales & Lead Management: Engage with potential customers from inbound leads, conduct discovery calls, and qualify opportunities.
Presentations & Sales Calls: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
Prospecting & Pipeline Development: Identify and engage new prospects through outbound efforts and networking.
Deal Management: Step into existing deals and work to convert leads into paying customers.
Event Support: Attend and support sales and marketing events, networking with industry professionals and prospects.
Sales Program Support: Assist in managing accounts and strategic projects that contribute to Pando’s sales growth.
Intern Collaboration: Work with sales interns to support various programs and strategic initiatives.
Market Intelligence & Reporting: Aggregate sales data, report market insights, and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications
1-3 years of sales experience.
Experience with sales software (CRM, prospecting tools, sales automation) to manage pipelines and track performance.
Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct effective sales calls and presentations.
Self-motivated with the ability to prospect, follow up, and close deals independently.
Comfortable stepping into ongoing deals and working to convert leads into sales.
Ability to travel occasionally for sales meetings, events, and conferences.
What We Offer
Competitive base salary ($70,000 - $90,000) + performance-based bonuses.
