Position Overview

We are actively hiring a driven and ambitious Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our company in the field, working directly with homeowners and business owners to provide roofing solutions. You will be responsible for generating new leads through door-to-door outreach, managing inbound leads provided by the company, and closing deals that help our customers protect their biggest assets. This is a 100% commission-based role, ideal for individuals who are hungry to succeed, highly motivated, and ready to put in the work to earn substantial income.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in direct, face-to-face prospecting through door-to-door sales
• Follow up on company-generated leads to convert prospects into customers
• Educate property owners about our services, process, and value proposition
• Conduct roof inspections to assess damage and determine eligibility for insurance claims or replacement
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
• Guide clients through the insurance and installation process
• Maintain customer relationships and provide exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Prior sales experience required (outside sales or D2D experience is a plus)
• Ability to lift and carry a ladder
• Willing and able to climb and walk on roofs safely
• Comfortable with cold knocking and canvassing neighborhoods
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
