As one of the leading companies in the industry, Perfect Pavers of South Florida specializes in a wide range of hardscape installations, including concrete pavers, natural stone and porcelain pavers, retaining walls, and artificial turf. We provide comprehensive turnkey solutions to both commercial and residential clients. The primary task of this position will be to build relationships with custom home builders. Our Sales Representative will work with Developers and Private Clients, and should be able to:

Responsibilities for Sales Representative
Establish new connections.
Generate new sales opportunities through networking, client/associate referrals, cold calling, and site visits.
Attend networking events to represent the organization and actively engage in industry association events.
Achieve or exceed the targeted number of new bids per month within a specified territory.
Conduct sales to residential clients.
Receive leads for residential clients from the office for your area and independently close the sale.
Attend home show events.
Independently manage the sale from start to finish:
Perform all aspects of selling and closing a project, including Takeoffs, Estimates, and Proposals.
Complete all necessary documents on time, such as customer proposals and change orders.
Follow up on all outstanding RFPs and estimates with clients to ensure timely responses and closure.
Act as a Project Manager on the project:
Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of construction projects from contract agreement through completion, including handling change orders, submittals, RFIs, RFPs, permits, and close-out documents.
Coordination and Communication: Serve as the company’s representative by attending onsite meetings with customers, and resolving project-related issues.
Scheduling and Resource Management: Plan and schedule projects, including manpower, materials, logistics, and delivery, while overseeing the crew’s work across multiple projects.
Documentation: Organize and manage paperwork, and assist accounting with pay requisitions and budget reports.
Plan Review and Execution: Regularly review and update project plans, shop drawings, layout details, and scope changes to ensure alignment with project goals.
Meet the established sales targets:
Maintain acceptable profit margins.
Achieve or surpass the sales targets set for each quarter and year.
Requirements for Sales Representative:
Proven skills and experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales
Construction industry experience. Have established connections in construction companies
Contract reading and understanding experience.
Possess impeccable verbal and written skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong command of Bluebeam software for project management and documentation
Minimum of three years of verifiable sales experience in the construction, paver, and/or hardscaping industry
Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not required)
Must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License
Flexibility to attend after-hours networking events
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
