    Job Description:

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Solar Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our solar energy products and services to prospective clients. The ideal candidate should be passionate about clean energy, possess strong communication skills, and have a proven track record in sales.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Identify and engage prospective clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).

    Conduct thorough needs assessments for customers to provide personalized solar solutions.

    Educate clients about the benefits and features of solar energy systems.

    Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

    Collaborate with the installation and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product offerings, and sales techniques.

    Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

    Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector, or a related field.

    Strong understanding of solar energy technology and market trends.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
