What We Are Looking
The Sales Representative is a key role for the company, generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting PuroClean's services in the Central NJ area. They will be responsible for promoting and selling PuroClean of Rahaway's, resulting in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. We are seeking a candidate who can cultivate lasting mutually beneficial relationships in the community. You will be tasked to raise PuroClean of Rahway’s brand awareness in the community while growing and developing our customer base.
Your Responsibilities Include
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
Research and target potential clients in the insurance, real estate, property management, and other relevant industries.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, insurance agents, adjusters, and other stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
Deliver compelling and informative sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing PuroClean's services and capabilities.
Prepare and present detailed proposals, addressing the specific needs and requirements of clients.
Achieve Sales Targets:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, making adjustments to strategies as needed.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, market trends, and opportunities.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, including operations and marketing, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
What Makes a Good Candidate:
Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people. Asking open-ended questions and delivering the brand ‘message’.
Ability to identify and maximize opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business.

We offer a competitive base salary with a commission structure for this position. The base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
