    Job Summary:

    As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for leading the sales process from initial client consultation to project completion. You will perform thorough roof inspections, provide accurate damage diagnoses, generate estimates, and close sales in both residential and commercial settings. You will also manage client communication and ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire process. Your success in this role will contribute to the company's growth and reputation as a trusted roofing provider.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Roof Inspections & Damage Assessment:
      Conduct detailed, thorough inspections of residential and commercial roofs. Accurately document and assess the damage, ensuring all findings are clearly communicated to the client.

    • Report Creation & Estimation:
      Prepare detailed reports and build estimates for each home or property inspected, providing clarity on damage and the steps required to address it.

    • Client Consultation & Sales:
      Confidently lead initial sales presentations, offering clients clear information about our services and roofing solutions. You will be responsible for effectively closing sales and meeting revenue targets.

    • Insurance Claim Guidance:
      Share extensive knowledge of the insurance claim process with homeowners on residential projects, ensuring they understand each step and feel confident in the process.

    • Lead Generation & Account Development:
      Generate $1 million in leads annually through proactive outreach and networking efforts. Establish new client accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

    • Client Communication & Follow-ups:
      Maintain open communication with clients throughout the entire roofing process. Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

    • Customer Service Excellence:
      Provide outstanding customer service by being responsive, reliable, and professional in all interactions with clients. Ensure that each project exceeds client expectations.

    • Networking & Industry Knowledge:
      Stay current on roofing materials, industry trends, and best practices. Participate in networking opportunities and continue education to bring new ideas and insights to leadership discussions.

    • Team Collaboration:
      Work closely with the leadership team to share customer feedback, identify improvement areas, and contribute to company-wide initiatives for growth and success.

    Applicants must have a reliable truck and a full set of job-related tools to perform required tasks.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the roofing, construction, or home improvement industry.
    • Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and common roofing issues.
    • Experience with performing roof inspections and creating accurate damage assessments and estimates.
    • Deep understanding of the insurance claims process and how it applies to roofing projects.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently close sales.
    • Self-motivated, with the ability to generate leads and build lasting client relationships.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
    • Commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining client satisfaction at every stage of the project.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Compensation:

    • Base salary for training + commission.
    • In-house lead generation ($1 million in leads provided).
