Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Roofing Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for generating and managing sales leads, cultivating relationships with homeowners, and closing roofing projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new residential roofing leads through a variety of methods including leads, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Meet with homeowners to assess their roofing needs for high-end homes
- Educate customers on available roofing solutions, materials, warranties, and the benefits of various options.
- Prepare and present customized proposals to clients, ensuring clear communication regarding pricing, project scope, and timelines.
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial consultation to project agreement and project completion.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and local meetings to build relationships and promote the company.
Qualifications:
- Experience in roofing sales, or a similar field such as home improvement or construction is preferred.
- Experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is a must.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously, with a strong sense of urgency.
