The Sales Representative is a key member of the Sales team, focusing on building long-term relationships with clients and being driven to generate new business opportunities. At SERVPRO, you will be backed by the largest name in the Restoration and Reconstruction business.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through prospecting and networking.

Educate clients about our mitigation and construction services and tailor solutions to meet their needs.

Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Follow up on leads and project opportunities, closing sales and ensuring repeat business.

Track sales activities, maintain client records, and provide regular updates to management.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a service-based industry (construction, restoration, or similar fields a plus).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

A team player who works well with others and is committed to achieving company goals.
