    Do you love to sell and solve problems? This position is for an experienced Sales Representative based in the Fort Myers / Naples / Port Charlotte and surrounding market. The right candidate will manage inbound leads with the utmost care while also expanding their networks with Builders & property managers to create future relationships. Candidates with the following experience should apply: • Sales Representative • Sales Associate • Account Executive • Account Manager • Inside Sales Representative • Sales Development Associate • Outside Sales Representative • Senior Account Executive • Sales Consultant • Sales Executive • Construction management The Sales Representative will report directly to the President. Responsibilities: • Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads • Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking • Evaluate property performance in your area and create regional sales plans and sales goals in alignment with brand objectives • Encourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually This position requires all aspects of the sales process. Therefore, one must have a track record of qualifying and closing while also creating new relationships with Builders and potential clients. One must also: • Sell consultatively and not on price • Be humble in their approach, yet relentless in their efforts to achieve their goals • Effectively manage relationships over a long period of time • Have ample construction knowledge • Be effective at working with a referral network • Be willing and able to follow a proven sales process that may appear non-traditional at first • Have strong levels of responsibility and be highly coachable and trainable Qualifications: • Good organization and time management skills • Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities • High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred • Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively • High school diploma or GED, and bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred • Outstanding organizational skills and time management • Prior experience working in the construction industry is required • 3 or more years of experience in sales preferred Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 yearly
