You’ll be responsible for seeking out, engaging with, and presenting our services and solutions to new prospects and current customers. Responsibilities: As a Sales Representative/Settlement Officer, your primary responsibilities will include: • Building and nurturing lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. • Identify and pursue sales leads, prospect for new clients, and continually service their needs throughout the settlement transaction process. • Meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives through effective sales strategies and techniques. • Staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our industry-leading and unique sales propositions. Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you'll need: • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. • Tech-savviness, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies. • At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred. • A high school diploma is required and some industry or product knowledge is preferred. • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem- solving, and deadlines. • A willingness to travel as needed to further your business. Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 yearly
