Responsibilities: • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved • Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities • Follow up on leads: Make warm calls to interested customers • Deliver excellent service: Ensure customer satisfaction and retention • Manage accounts: Build and maintain customer relationships for ongoing business • Cross-selling and Up-selling: Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services to existing clients, thereby maximizing revenue potential and enhancing customer satisfaction through comprehensive solutions • Problem Resolution: Act as a point of contact for addressing customer concerns, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle Qualifications: • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred • One year or more of customer service and sales experience (recommended) • Excellent Listening and Communication Skills • Laptop and/or iPad • High-Speed Internet • Quiet Work Space Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 at plan yearly
