Position Summary
Are you ready to join a top-tier sales team and impact the world of startups? Blueprint University is looking for driven and enthusiastic Sales Representatives to help us transform 30 startups into thriving enterprises by 2030.
As a Sales Representative, you will engage with startup founders and business owners, recommend the right programs and services, follow up on leads, and increase participation in our events. Your role includes calling cold leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments. ABOUT BLUEPRINT UNIVERSITY
Blueprint University empowers individuals through personal development and entrepreneurship. We provide tools, resources, and support that startups need to secure early-stage venture capital and succeed. You'll be part of a dynamic environment with strong connections to startup founders, VCs, angel investors, and community partners.
OBJECTIVES
Make 250-300 outbound calls daily to generate new leads.
Schedule up to 60 meetings a month with startup founders and potential clients.
Focus on ticket sales for Blueprint University events, including Startup Bootcamps and Entrepreneurship Summits.
Manage a pipeline of prospects using our CRM.
Provide accurate information about Blueprint's mission, platform, and leadership.
Ask qualifying questions to determine the client's industry, revenue, and growth potential.
Document conversations in our CRM for reference by fellow Sales Associates.
Utilize role-play opportunities to gain confidence in the sales process.
Communicate Blueprint’s value proposition to potential clients and business owners.
Promote Blueprint University’s programs and resources to startups and small businesses.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Contribute to achieving our mission of transforming 30 startups into thriving enterprises by 2030.

Knowledgeable about the product and pricing guide, staying up to date with changes.
Thorough understanding of master sales skills and Blueprint University products and services.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
GED or high school diploma preferred.
At least 1-2 years of work experience in a sales-specific role.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
