Responsibilities: • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication • Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload • Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000+
