Job Description:

Join the Travis Vandynhoven Agency with American Family Insurance in Fond du Lac, WI!

As a Sales and Service Representative, you will develop a deep understanding of the local market, prospect for new business, and use consultative selling techniques. This role involves not just selling but also ensuring our customers receive excellent service and support.

Position Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

One year of experience in a sales or service environment, ideally with exposure to marketing, prospecting, cold calling, networking, preparing quotes, and delivering presentations

Property and Casualty insurance license preferred before starting and required after beginning employment

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive hourly pay rate based on experience, plus commission and bonus opportunities

First-Year Earnings: Expected to be between $40K to $60K
