With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence, we are seeking a talented Sales Representative to help grow our client base and drive success.

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with 3-5 years of experience in the trucking industry. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Strong connections with manufacturers, importers, or major retail chains are a significant advantage. The successful candidate will be expected to utilize their existing relationships to bring in new contracts and expand our client portfolio. This is a fully remote position except for in office meeting once every two weeks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the trucking and logistics market.

    Leverage your existing network and relationships to secure new contracts and partnerships.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including manufacturers, importers, and retailers with trucking needs.

    Develop customized transportation solutions to meet clients’ needs and exceed expectations.

    Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms with prospective and existing clients.

    Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

    Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

    Achieve or exceed sales quotas and KPIs.

    Qualifications:

    3-5 years of sales experience in the trucking, logistics, or transportation industry.

    Proven ability to develop and close business deals, with a focus on utilizing existing client relationships.

    Existing relationships with manufacturers, importers, or retailers are highly preferred.

    Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

    Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.

    Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
