Responsibilities: • Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met • Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM • Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services • Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory • Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events • Grow and maintain customer relationships • Attend expos and events (golf events, Padres games, happy hours) • Company sales meetings • Follow all company outside sales representative duties • Close sales • Recruit more sales reps • Team player Qualifications: • Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license • You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience • We prefer if you have a bachelor’s degree or high school school diploma • Should have working knowledge of a CRM • 21 years of age or older • Great communication • Sales experience required • Goal-oriented • Self-starter • Good first impression with people • Teamwork experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office • Base Salary depends on experience. There is a monthly commission on top of the base salary when monthly goals are met Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan DOE + Commissions
