We’re looking for a driven Field Sales Representative to cover Oakland and surrounding areas. In this role, you’ll focus on identifying new clients, building strong relationships, and closing deals to meet sales goals. Responsibilities: • Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory • Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events • Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products • Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM • Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry • Grow and maintain customer relationships • Attend expos and events (golf events, Padres games, happy hours) • Company sales meetings • Follow all company outside sales representative duties • Close sales • Recruit more sales reps • Team player Qualifications: • Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred • You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience • Should have working knowledge of a CRM • You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle • 21 years of age or older • Great communication • Sales experience required • Goal-oriented • Self-starter • Good first impression with people • Teamwork experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office • Base Salary depends on experience. There is a monthly commission on top of the base salary when monthly goals are met Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 Base Salary + Commissions
