The Sales Representative at Zero Doubt Marketing is responsible for generating new business by building and nurturing relationships with potential clients and referral partners. The Sales Representative is expected to create a robust referral network and consistently drive new client acquisition through personalized marketing and relationship-building strategies. Responsibilities: Business Development Hunting for New Leads: • Proactively seek out and generate new business opportunities through relationship marketing, networking, and direct outreach. • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by identifying new prospects and conducting research to find potential business opportunities. • Attend industry events, networking functions, and other relationship-building activities to generate leads and establish Zero Doubt Marketing’s presence in the market. Inbound Lead Management: • Nurture assigned inbound leads through the sales process. Referral Partner Creation: • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential referral partners, including businesses and individuals who can provide consistent, high-quality leads. • Develop and manage a structured referral partner program that incentivizes partners to refer new clients to Zero Doubt Marketing. • Regularly communicate with referral partners, ensuring they are engaged and motivated to contribute to the program’s success. Relationship Marketing: • Build long-term, meaningful relationships with potential clients and partners by providing value through education, consultation, and personalized communication. • Engage in relationship-driven marketing strategies that focus on trust-building, networking, and demonstrating the value of Zero Doubt Marketing’s services. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create materials that support relationship marketing efforts, such as brochures, presentations, and event-based content. Sales Process Management: • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring that potential clients are nurtured through the pipeline with consistent follow-ups and engagement. • Present Zero Doubt Marketing’s services to potential clients in a clear and compelling manner, demonstrating how the services can address their specific needs. • Track all sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensuring up-to-date information on leads, prospects, and referral partners. Client Partner Retention: • Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients and referral partners to ensure they remain satisfied and engaged with Zero Doubt Marketing’s services. • Seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by identifying additional needs that existing clients may have.
