Your Role:
Generate leads and conduct in-home consultations for residential clients.
Educate customers on the benefits of our cutting-edge water filtration systems and tailor solutions to their needs.
Perform water tests and explain results to potential customers.
Close deals and handle all necessary paperwork professionally.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide top-tier service.
Stay informed on industry trends through training and team meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in direct sales – ideal candidates have backgrounds in water filtration, solar, roofing, vacuum sales, or other door-to-door/in-home sales. Car sales experience is also a plus.
Self-motivated & goal-oriented – The average salesperson closes 8-12 deals per month, and top reps exceed 15-20 sales monthly.
Excellent communication & persuasion skills – Ability to educate, build rapport, and confidently close deals.
Resilient & hardworking – Comfortable with door-knocking, lead generation, and commission-based earnings.
Coachability & team spirit – Willingness to learn, improve, and support a positive company culture.
