What You'll Do:

Get to know the local market and discover new business opportunities across all product lines.

Help our agency grow by using your consultative selling skills to connect with new customers and meet their insurance needs.

Work closely with our team to offer additional coverage options to our existing customers.

Be proactive in finding new business through various channels like networking events, social media, and personal connections.

Take charge of securing new business by preparing quotes, delivering presentations, and closing sales with confidence.

What We're Looking For:

You should either have or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty license within your first 30 days with us.

Ideally, you have at least 2 years of experience in self-sourced sales (not relying on leads) with a proven track record of at least 40 transactions in the last 24 months.

You’re organized, independent, and able to prioritize your work effectively.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but an Associate's Degree is preferred.

Experience in sales and customer service is a must.

You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office and other digital tools like smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
