In this role, you will:

Learn the Product: Develop a deep understanding of our products to help our clients navigate their insurance needs through on-the- job training.

Connect with Clients: Reach out to new and existing clients on the phone, in person or electronically to review their insurance needs and customize a solution for them.

Identify Prospects: Use your knowledge to identify potential clients through provided lead lists.

Customer Service: Be prepared to answer questions about policies, claims inquiries, and advise clients accordingly.

Collaborate with Coworkers: Work closely with agency colleagues to provide a total customer service experience for our clients.

Position Requirements:

Education: High school diploma minimum

Experience: At least one year of experience in sales including prospecting, cold calling, preparing, and presenting quotes OR two years of customer service experience.

License: A property, casualty, and life license or determination to obtain licensure is an absolute requirement.

Qualities: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Organized with the ability to multi-task.

No weekends or evenings

Compensation:

Base wage plus commission

Base Salary is $37,440 - $41,600 plus unlimited commission earning potential.

First year commission estimate is $8,000 - $15,000 with exponential growth with experience!
