About the Role

As our Life Sales Advisor, you’ll play a crucial role in growing our agency by building relationships with clients and helping them find the right life insurance solutions. You’ll work in a supportive, team-oriented environment while having the opportunity to earn commission on top of a competitive annual wage.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Identify and reach out to potential customers to discuss life insurance options ✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients ✅ Educate customers on insurance products and tailor solutions to their needs ✅ Follow up on leads, referrals, and inquiries to drive sales ✅ Process applications, policy changes, and service requests ✅ Meet or exceed sales goals while providing exceptional customer service

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Life Insurance Sales experience ✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills ✔ Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset ✔ Ability to learn and explain insurance products effectively ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance systems ✔ A team player with a positive, professional attitude

✔ Required by state statutes to have proper insurance licensing to sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance products. The following line of authority is required for this position: Life
