All American Training is Naples' premier athletic training facility, and we are seeking a highly motivated, professional Sales Specialist to join our team. We specialize in evidence-based, holistic fitness programs that emphasize strength, speed, endurance, joint mobility, recovery, and nutrition. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting our services and cultivating long-lasting relationships with clients and the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Community Engagement
Identify and research communities, schools, and teams that may benefit from All American Training's programs.
Build and nurture relationships with individuals, parents, coaches, and other community stakeholders through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Schedule consultations for individuals and teams with our Lead Coach and Chief Performance Officers.
Maintain and grow a comprehensive database of leads.
Assist in organizing and executing special events such as camps, clinics, and seminars.
Attend community events to network, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
Sales Operations
Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to generate sales opportunities.
Use our CRM system to effectively communicate with prospects via phone, text, and email.
Conduct thorough sales consultations with prospective clients, guiding them through our services, including group training, private coaching, team training, and nutrition counseling.
Close sales by recommending the most suitable services for each prospect's needs.
Qualifications:
High School diploma required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in grassroots marketing and sales (experience in fitness-related sales is a plus).
Experience working in a gym or fitness training environment.
Familiarity with the needs and environments of athletes is advantageous.
An athletic background is preferred but not essential.
Strong interpersonal skills, with a professional and energetic demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals.
Compensation: Commission (Our top salespeople generate over $100K)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Schedule:
Flexible hours with options for 4-hour or 8-hour shifts.
Day shifts Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as required.
Location: Naples, FL (Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting work).
Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License required.
