Stevens & Associates is seeking a passionate, outgoing, and results-driven Sales Strategy and Business Development Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven sales executive to take the lead in growing our business and expanding our reach. In this role, you will conduct inside sales through prospecting, emails, and phone calls, manage existing client relationships, and drive new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive new service sales through proactive inside sales efforts, including prospecting, email outreach, and voice calls
Manage and grow existing client relationships
Identify new opportunities and decision-makers in the commercial property and tax reduction space
Conduct needs analysis and present services to potential clients
Meet and exceed sales goals
Process all new agreements into our system
Contribute to the sales strategy and collaborate with team members to achieve company goals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience
Ability to close sales, with excellent presentation and client service skills
Strong communication skills, capable of building and maintaining client relationships
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree desired, but not required for the right individual
Real estate experience is helpful, but not required
Internal drive to succeed and be part of a growing team
What We Offer:
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, on-site role
Starting salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 depending on experience
