We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Support & Project Scheduler. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth coordination between the sales team, clients, and vendor partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and scheduling skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a customer-focused mindset. Responsibilities: • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and client presentations. • Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and vendors, addressing inquiries and ensuring follow-ups. • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met. • Coordinate with vendor partners to track project progress and resolve scheduling conflicts. • Update and maintain CRM or scheduling tools to ensure data accuracy. • Prepare reports and summaries for management on project timelines and sales activities. • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales support, project scheduling, or a related field. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in using scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 yearly
