Your tasks will include managing communication flow, organizing meetings, overseeing social media posts, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to the sales team.

In this position you will:
Facilitate the flow of information between management and staff
Facilitate online meetings and in person meetings
Manage internal and external communication
Purchase and facilitate delivery of office supplies and facilitate office equipment maintenance
Facilitate three to four social media posts per week on Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram
Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
Keep records and reports up to date
Organize and schedule meetings and events
Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
