About the Sales Support Advisor Role

As a Sales Support Advisor, you'll be a key part of enhancing the customer experience, providing personalized assistance with in-person inquiries, and supporting the sales team to optimize new client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, addressing questions and managing service sign-ups
• Partner with the Sales Team Leader to implement efficiency improvements and streamline processes
• Deliver clear, accurate information about our services, ensuring customers feel supported from their initial contact through to finalizing their sales journey
