    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Sales Support is responsible for performing merchandising activities, constructing displays, and stocking Long Drink products in the top retail accounts as requested by sales teams or retail customers. The Sales Support will install promotional point-of-sale materials to achieve display objectives and stock products as needed. In addition, the Sales Support will assist with in-store sampling and promotional events. You will also help the selling team.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Build displays and update pricing and special offers within an assigned territory
    • Call on and maintain top accounts in the territory
    • Maintain positive relationships with retail customers
    • Ensure all company products are properly displayed
    • Install point-of-sale materials as directed
    • Create custom signs and POS
    • Stock Long Drink on shelves, displays and cold boxes
    • Book & manage in-store sampling and promotional events
    • Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Trade shows, On premise activations, promotions, etc.
    • Ensure all sales practices are compliant with state & company policies/law
    • Ride with distributor partners. Merchandisers and Sales Reps.
    • Help manage POS in your territory including organizing POS storage
    • Help train new marketing reps
    • Manage daily tasks such as errands to FedEx, distributor warehouses, etc.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • One year of relevant experience
    • Must possess a reliable vehicle, a valid drivers' license, and the ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance by State laws. This job requires a lot of driving.
    • Physical demands with activity or condition may include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping. Will require lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling.
    • Willingness to travel to on premise accounts throughout the territory.

    The salary range for this position is $40,000-50,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
