    Job Description

    This internship aims to enhance the candidate's sales skills by assisting with prospecting and support new business initiatives within the Sales Team.

    The Sales Support Intern will collaborate with the entire Sales Team and other internal departments and cross functional teams. Responsibilities will vary based on workload, with a primary focus on supporting prospecting efforts through research, managing prospect and pipeline data, generating reports, and assisting with events.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    - Projects and tasks will vary based on capacity with the core responsibilities focused on supporting prospecting efforts through research, managing prospect and pipeline information, reporting, and events

    - The Sales Intern will learn to utilize Salesforce CRM, Zoom Info, and other tools to support prospecting efforts for the Sales Team

    - Prospect Research: For existing prospects, update Salesforce with key personnel, contact information, and important qualifying information

    - Input information into Salesforce CRM and/or spreadsheets

    - Create Sales template emails

    - Create reports for the Sales Team, capturing new prospects added, outstanding tasks for top prospects, and other pipeline activity

    - Attend meetings related to your position

    - Assist with other projects as assigned

    -Visit facilities to get an understanding of how our remediation process work

    -Discover new leads for sales reps to call on

    -Perform customer check in calls on old customers or declining revenue accounts

    -Create and deliver a presentation on the knowledge they have acquired.

    WORK HOURS & BENEFITS & PAY:

    -Part-time (Tuesday, Weds, and Thursday) in office, 9-5pm

    -8 Weeks (June 3rd- July 31st)

    -24 hours a week

    -Junior-$17/hour or Senior-$18/hour

    Qualifications

    -High proficiency in MS Office Suite
    -Ability to navigate multiple systems to research and find information
    -Interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication
    -Must possess a high level of motivation and excellent attention to detail
    -Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality
    -Above average spelling and grammar skills
    -Ability to work in a team environment
    -High level of organizational ability and ability to multi-task
    -Professional demeanor
    -Ability to be proactive and work independently
    -Ability to work under tight deadlines
    -Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
    -Regular and predictable attendance

    Ideal candidate would be actively pursuing their bachelor’s degree: Junior or Senior
