Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints with a high sense of urgency. • Provide thorough follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues. • Maintain and update customer accounts with accurate and current information. Sales Order Management: • Enter sales orders accurately and in a timely manner. • Monitor back orders and open orders, ensuring follow-up with customers and internal teams. • Collaborate with departments to ensure deliveries meet customer requirements and deadlines. Sales Team Collaboration: • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with assigned sales consultants. • Provide real-time support to the sales team, including quotes, order updates, and issue resolution. • Stay informed on pricing updates, customer needs, and potential challenges to support team success. Administrative and Clerical Duties: • Serve as a liaison between customers and various departments. • Manage customer-specific product inventories, alerting relevant teams to concerns or discrepancies. • Generate product quotes and assist with pricing requests. Customer Engagement and Retention: • Engage with both new and existing clients to generate sales and build lasting relationships. Qualifications: Top 5 Primary Tasks: • Master the company’s ERP system and maintain knowledge of product offerings. • Enter sales orders with precision and timeliness. • Provide responsive and helpful support to customers. • Collaborate effectively with assigned sales consultants. • Monitor and manage backorders and open orders diligently. Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 DOE
