JOB DESCRIPTION
- Efficiently handle inbound/outbound customer sales calls with courtesy, professionalism, and product knowledge
- Make outbound calls utilizing various lead sources including our website, inventory, social media & CRM
- Set appointments and generate sales
- Greet walk-in customers and assess their purchasing wants, needs and abilities
- Assist customers in making their purchase decisions to find the right vehicle for them, demonstrating key features and benefits of inventory vehicles
- Assist customers in completion of their finance application, completing paperwork and documentation with accuracy
- Utilize social media and CRM to follow up, network, and maintain relationships with past, current and new customers
Qualifications:
- Professional Sales and/or Administrative background
- Basic knowledge of automobiles & automotive dealerships is a PLUS
- Prior experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- Prior Sales experience in any industry a PLUS
- Basic typing and computer skills
- Good phone skills
- Experience working with CRM software is a PLUS
- Great interpersonal/people skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Professional appearance & demeanor
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be team oriented and focused on a high level of customer service
