    Key Responsibilities:

    Customer Support: Assist sales in completing tasks associated with providing information on products, services, pricing, and order status.

    Order Processing: Assist in processing customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate data entry into the system.

    Sales Administration: Maintain and update customer reports and various other tasks as needed.

    Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts in closing deals and managing the details of the order cycle.

    Inventory and Shipping Coordination: Communicate with the logistics and inventory departments to track stock levels, process orders, and ensure timely delivery of products.

    Data Management: Monitor and update sales-related data, such as lead status, order fulfillment, and customer feedback, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

    Problem-Solving: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues by liaising with relevant departments, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

    Proven experience in a customer service, administrative, or sales support role.

    Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

    Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

    Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience in the Telecommunications sector.

    Previous experience with sales reporting or analytics.

    Knowledge of sales pipeline management and order processing systems.
