    Job Description

    ** Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

    • Discuss goods or services information with customers or patrons.
    • Study product information to acquire professional knowledge.
    • Fulfill Customer and sales representative needs and requests including, but not limited to, assisting with general questions and requests for information or supplies.
    • Maintain customer relations and customer satisfaction.
    • Liaison for Sales if Sales Representatives are out in the field.
    • Accurately explain technical product or service information to customers.
    • Explain proposals for current or prospective customers and negotiate prices or other sales terms.
    • Distribute promotional literature or samples.
    • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments.
    • Refer customer complaints to designated departments for further investigation.
    • Perform other duties at a lower level or higher level of proficiency or not related to this classification on occasion.
    • Lead CMS and maintain with proper load information.
    • Prospect customers via calls and emails.
    • Conduct data entry task as needed.
    • Maintains good housekeeping.
    • Overtime Authorization and Requirement - Unauthorized approval in advance of working overtime and repeated refusal to work overtime are violations of company policy.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma/equivalent
    • 1 year of customer service experience, preferred
