Salary: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Sales Support/Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you'll build strong relationships with sales partners and customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. The CSR will provide product information, resolve issues, and offer exceptional service, all while supporting internal teams and maintaining company standards. The role will be split between sales and customer service responsibilities. There is NO cold calling required.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries about products, pricing, and availability
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents
- Follow up on order confirmations, shipments, and pricing
- Resolve billing issues and assist with vendor quotes
- Coordinate with vendors and customers on damaged goods
- Assist sales teams and participate in inventory counts
- Research market trends and competitors
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- 1+ years of sales experience
