Responsibilities: • Enter jobs into our job management software for supported sales reps • Resolve outside questions/selections on sold jobs during the order entry process • Provide administrative support to outside sales reps: communicate with customers on behalf of the sales reps, help solve problems, process payments, follow up with customers on outstanding quotes • Serve as the showroom representative for assigned sales team members during customer visits • Assist with inside sales duties and coverage Qualifications: Primarily, the employee enjoys: • Interacting with customers in a professional manner • Be detail-oriented • Be focused on making sure all tasks are completed in a timely fashion • Working as a part of a team must be a strength, along with a willingness to learn about the products we offer • Previous Administrative and/or data entry experience is preferred but not required • Background in construction/building trades is a plus • All applicants will be evaluated on their fit for the position as well as math proficiency Compensation: $38,000 - $45,000
