Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Sales Support Specialist, Surgery to join our dynamic team in Flowery Branch, United States. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales efforts in the surgical equipment and supplies sector, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide comprehensive support for surgical equipment and supplies sales
• Manage and maintain customer relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth
• Assist in the development and delivery of sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and surgical advancements
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in the CRM system
• Support the sales team in meeting targets and expanding market share
• Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows and industry events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field/ or combination of related experience and education
• 2-3 years of experience in sales support, preferably in the medical or surgical field
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
• In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, particularly in surgery
• Excellent presentation and time management skills
• Understanding of surgical procedures and equipment
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Certifications in medical sales or healthcare industry (preferred)
