Spartan Invest is a full-service turn-key real estate investment firm specializing in property acquisition, renovation, and property management. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Team Admin or Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to support sales operations, perform administrative tasks, and manage digital inventory listings. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming leads- responding to inquiries, qualifying interest and setting appointments for sales reps
Prepare Investment Property Descriptions (IPDs) for available properties, ensuring the accurate calculation of costs and anticipated returns
Prepare and send sales contracts
Create and maintain G-Drive folders for available properties, centralizing all pertinent documents and information for easy access
Obtain property insurance quotes, comparing rates between vendors on behalf of investors
Assist the DOS and sales team with data entry and recordkeeping (related to) inventory, client contact and sales transactions
Research, compile, and secure data and resources for sales reports, presentations, and meetings as instructed by the Director of Sales
Maintain (property) inventory on company website posting new listings weekly and accurately recording reservations and upcoming availability
Maintain awareness of interest rates, sales promotions, applicable incentives and potential restrictions to current programs
Coordinate investor visits, ensuring internal teams and partners are informed, while showcasing professionalism and expertise during in-person interactions
Additional administrative tasks and duties assigned by the Director of Sales
Role Requirements
High school diploma required, college or alternate accreditation/licensure preferred
Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative or Executive Assistant role
Experience/education in real estate or finance
Experience in a performance-based role with established KPIs or deadlines
Proficient with computers and technology including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, experience with Salesforce is a plus
Even-tempered, professional demeanor and communication (written and oral)
Open-minded and receptive to feedback with a focus on continued growth
Self-motivated and comfortable in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Experience with international clients is a plus

Total Compensation
The compensation package for this role includes a base annual salary of $50,000 as well as the potential for quarterly performance bonus after six months in role. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including PTO accrual that begins immediately and 401K with employer contribution after one year of service. We observe eight paid holidays (in addition to PTO) and offer paid parental leave after one year in role.
