Brand new fitness studio is in search of a firecracker sales person! Our ideal candidate is confident, dynamic, motivated, and doesn't know a stranger. We are looking for a fast learner who can communicate the value of Orangetheory Fitness membership so that they can drive sales and growth during our pre-sales period.
Here’s more of what the position entails:
Selling memberships during our pre-sales process both in-person and on the phone
Train other sales team members through role-playing, skill drills, and concise feedback
Unlimited commissions
Participating in marketing and outreach events
Part time with potential for full time
Qualifications
Comfortable speaking to anyone and everyone!
Able to close sales in-person and over the phone
Evening and weekend availability
Understanding of the Orangetheory brand
