Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Engage with homeowners in designated territories to educate them on the benefits of solar energy. • Generate and qualify leads through direct sales efforts. • Schedule and attend consultations to guide customers through the solar conversion process. • Work closely with mentors and team leaders to develop sales techniques and industry knowledge. • Meet and exceed performance goals in a competitive yet supportive environment. Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For: • Goal-oriented individuals with a competitive mindset. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Willingness to work in an outdoor, door-to-door sales environment. • Self-motivated and disciplined, with a desire to control your income. • No prior sales experience is required, but previous customer-facing roles are a plus. Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 at planned earnings
