    Account Manager – Client Success & Renewals

    This is an opportunity for a proactive, high-energy Account Manager to support a community of growth-minded entrepreneurs. You’ll help clients stay on track with a transformative coaching program designed to expand their thinking, scale their businesses, and accelerate their personal and professional growth. Your mission is to be their trusted guide between workshops, ensuring their success and encouraging them to continue their journey year after year.

    What You’ll Do

    Client Success
    • Manage and support a portfolio of 125–200 entrepreneurial clients between their quarterly workshops.
    • Learn and master key tools and concepts to become a knowledgeable resource.
    • Proactively handle client questions, scheduling needs, and occasional concerns with professionalism and care.

    Workshop Engagement
    • Attend 6–10 workshops each quarter to connect with clients, offer support, and ensure a smooth experience.
    • Deliver occasional presentations on key concepts—strong communication and public speaking skills are essential.
    • Travel up to eight times per year to support workshops in various North American cities.

    Renewal Sales
    • Achieve a client renewal rate of 75% or higher by identifying needs, offering solutions, and building strong relationships.
    • Reach out to clients regularly via phone and in-person to deepen engagement and encourage continued participation.

    What You Bring
    • 4+ years of client management experience; sales experience is a plus.
    • A post-secondary degree.
    • Confidence, independence, and initiative—you take ownership of your results.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
    • A natural ability to connect with others and communicate persuasively.
    • An entrepreneurial mindset—you thrive in dynamic, growth-focused environments.
