    Job Description

    Job Summary: The Sales and Billing Operations Process Owner will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of all Event Sponsor & Exhibitor (SPEX) billing activities and processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of sales & billing systems and the ability to identify and implement process improvements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all billing activities for SPEX.
    • Business owner of the automated integration between the CRM (Salesforce) and ERPs (SAP and Oracle).
    • Monitor SPEX billing processes and systems for compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Liaise and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Central GBS, Sales, Tax) to resolve billing discrepancies and issues.
    • Maintain SPEX billing process documentation and procedures in process management system.
    • Lead initiatives to streamline SPEX billing processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Provide training and support to Sales Operations team responsible for SPEX billing.
    • Trigger daily exceptions to the automated process.
    • Provide occasional coverage to Sales Operations, Order Management team.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing or a similar role.
    • Process management experience.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in billing software, Salesforce or other CRM platform, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

    Additional Information

    The salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience
