    Quality Engineer 
    Anoka, MN | Direct Hire | $113k – 170k (Base + Bonus)

    Konik is partnering with a local manufacturing equipment manufacturer seeking to add a Business Development Representative to their team. The Sales and Business Development Representative drives business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This role involves identifying new opportunities, guiding clients through purchasing and design decisions, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a longer sales cycle of custom capital equipment. 

    Quality Engineer Responsibilities:

    • Customer Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
    • Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively identify and qualify leads, conduct outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to final handoff.
    • Market & Competitor Insights: Research industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
    • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
    • Customer Support: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth sales-to-implementation transition.

    Quality Engineer Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree with 4-7 years of sales or industry-related experience.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Experience selling into manufacturing companies for capital equipment
    • Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to influence long-term decisions.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Customer-focused and consultative approach
    • Goal-oriented with persistence for long sales cycles
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
    • Team player with a collaborative mindset
