    💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

    Identify and target ideal clients in your local area and across the region

    Develop smart, authentic outreach strategies (calls, emails, networking, social media)

    Build and lead conversations with business owners, facility directors, and decision-makers

    Craft tailored proposals and confidently close new business contracts

    Maintain accurate lead tracking and updates in our CRM system

    Represent our company at community events, networking mixers, and trade shows

    Partner with our operations team to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients

    Track key performance metrics and share insights with leadership

    Stay on top of industry trends and contribute ideas for business growth

    🌟 Who You Are:

    A strong communicator and natural relationship builder

    2+ years of experience in outside sales, closing deals, business development, and lead generation.

    Confident, professional, and persuasive in client-facing settings

    Highly organized and driven to meet and exceed goals

    Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and online tools

    A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

    Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (for in-person opportunities)

    Experience in commercial cleaning, facilities management, or service-based industries
