    Job Summary

    As an Experience Guide, you'll be responsible for the guest experience, selling enhancements and memberships, maintaining the reception area, and ensuring seamless daily operations. You'll greet and assist guests, book appointments, promote memberships, customize massage experiences, and handle payments for services.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide top-level service for guests and team members • Warmly greet and check-in guests • Drive enhancement, membership and gift card sales • Share passion for services and retail offerings • Book, edit and cancel massage appointments • Open/close boutique according to procedures • Resolve guest issues professionally • Maintain guest areas to our high standards • Contribute to a healthy, happy workplace • Collaborate with leadership on best practices
