Join our team at MLS Electric as a Sales and Customer Service Representative in the Electrification revolution. MLS Electric specializes in EV Charger, Tesla WallPack and Solar Installations. We are a unique Tesla Channel Partner, working primarily with Duke Energy and regional EV customers. MLS Electric is looking for dynamic commission based sales professionals responsible for both external and internal sales. You may be assigned to work at a local dealership making sales to customers as they pick up their new EV, or on the phone following up with clients. As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the EV, Battery Storage and Solar revolution by educating customers on these product offerings. We are looking for Dynamic Individuals for Charlotte, Raleigh and Durham.

Duties

• Work directly with customers and sales teams at local dealerships to ensure that new EV buyers have access to home charging station and other energy products such as the Tesla WallPack and solar.

-Work with electrician and back-office personnel to schedule new installations.

• Develop appropriate marketing tools to communicate EV, Tesla WallPacks and solar to prospective customers

• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about EV Charing, WallPacks, Solar and other electrical services

• Utilize CRM (Service Titan) to update customers on delivery status

• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Coordinate and dispatch crews to ensure timely service and installation

• Assist in managing schedules and clients

• Maintain communication via phone systems and GPS technology

• Uphold excellent professional and phone etiquette when interacting with customers

• Support the team in utilizing Service Titan CRM software

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience with Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing company or related field

-Experience with Service Titan or backoffice software

• Knowledge of Service Titan

• Familiarity with electrician services or similar trade

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• High school diploma or equivalent required
