    About the Role:

As a Sales and Design Consultant, you’ll play a key role in guiding customers through the process of selecting and customizing their ideal doors and hardware. This is about more than sales—it’s about building relationships, understanding design, and making sure every customer walks away with a product they love.     Who We Are:

    RealCraft creates doors and hardware for creative homeowners who want both cutting-edge designs and time-honored craftsmanship. We’re the only DTC home goods manufacturer using 100% real materials: true timber for our doors and solid metals for our hardware. We handcraft each door onsite in Washington state using traditional joinery so that it lasts for decades. You'll join a values-driven community dedicated to designing and building doors sought after by architects, designers, and homeowners across the country.

    What We Offer:

    · Compensation of $25 per hour, plus a robust and motivating commission plan.

    · Because of frequent interactions with production and other sales staff, this is an on-site, full time position.

    What You’ll Do:

    Customer Outreach & Lead Generation

    · Connect with potential customers to introduce them to our products and services.

    · Identify and follow up with qualified leads, turning interest into sales.

    · Proactively seek out new business opportunities through outbound efforts.

    · Build strong relationships with homeowners, interior designers, builders, and suppliers to create future business opportunities.

    Sales Consultation

    · Help customers find the right products by understanding their needs and offering expert recommendations.

    · Walk them through design options, customizations, and installation details so they are confident in their choices.

    · Prepare quotes and bids for projects of all sizes, ensuring accuracy and competitive pricing.

    Order Processing & Customer Support

    · Process orders efficiently and accurately to ensure a smooth experience for customers.

    · Keep customers updated on their orders and answer any questions along the way.

    · Work closely with our internal teams to make sure everything runs seamlessly from order to delivery.

    Product Knowledge & Industry Expertise

    · Develop a deep understanding of RealCraft’s products, materials, and design trends.

    · Stay up to date on new products, industry trends, and competitors so you can provide the best possible guidance to customers.

    What We’re Looking For:

    · At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or a design-related field (architecture, home improvement, interior design, etc.).

    · Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.

    · Comfort with technology—experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is a must. Familiarity with DocuSign, HubSpot, or Shopify is a plus.

    · Excellent communication skills.

    · A positive attitude and an ability to build relationships.

    · An eye for design, architecture, or home decor is a plus.
